I have recently found a great blog from Lauren Conrad where she gives great tips for work attire. The information is great because it helps you look fabulous and still be fashionable in the workplace for women.
Even though all work environments have different rules as to what is and isn’t okay to wear, the following commandments cover most of the general dos and don'ts of dressing for work:
- Never let your outfit outshine your work.
- Never wear clothing with obnoxious logos.
- Avoid all sexy and revealing clothing.
- Not wear any ripped, torn, or sloppy clothing.
- Find inspiration from your female boss.
- Always dress to impress—even on “casual Fridays.”
- Do not wear underwear as outerwear.
- Always use your best judgment.
